Paid orders in Shopify
A successful payment creates the matching paid order in your Shopify store, with the buyer attached. Order lines are added as custom items, so these orders do not reduce your Shopify stock levels.
One-click connect
Connect a store from your dashboard with a one-click install. You can connect more than one store and choose which one each payment goes to.
Checked before money moves
On our hosted checkout, when your store's permissions are on record and one the order needs is missing, the payment is refused before the shopper is charged. Connecting with the one-click install records them.
Refunds from Shopify
A refund you enter in your Shopify store goes back to the shopper's card through Von Payments. Once you refund an order through Von Payments instead, refund the rest of it the same way.
Describe the items once
List the items once and they appear on both the shopper's checkout page and the Shopify order.

You will need a Von Payments account and admin access to your Shopify store.
Connect your store
In your Von Payments dashboard, open Connected Platforms, then Shopify, and approve the one-click install in your Shopify admin.
Describe the order with each payment
Your checkout sends the order's items and the shopper's details along with the payment. The setup guide lists every field.
Confirm the order arrived
A successful payment does not guarantee the Shopify order exists. Check each payment's order status, or get a notification when the order is created, so a missing order is caught early rather than at fulfilment.
